             A list of DO Part II orders which got rejected in the audit during the closing of QSA for Q/E 08/2011 is given at  “Annexure-A” to this letter. The reasons for rejection and the correction measures to be taken  are furnished in  “Annexure-B”. Units under command may please be instructed to take immediate corrective  action on the rejected DO IIs as instructions given at per “Annexure B”.
