A fresh list of officers and subordinates whose bank accounts are yet to
be received by this office or multiple bank accounts have been received or bank
accounts have been received but details are not clear, is furnish in Annexure
“A”. It is requested that concerned units under command may please be
instructed to forward bank details in the following format. If NEFT Mandate Form
has not already been forwarded the same may please be forwarded immediately
through Speed Post to enable this office to credit their salary in their bank
accounts. Please ensure that the details may please be forwarded by 28.01.2012
